At Muse Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Muse Beauty account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals are intact and any promotional gifts are included to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
